Disappointed With Their Service

I used them on April this year and I was pretty disappointed with their service. The rate was reasonable than the others in NYC but the service was pretty bad. Whole process was very stressful as the mover did not want to move some of my furniture and keep on talking over the phone while they are moving. I have a white colored sofa, he did not even cover properly and left black marks here and there. He asked me to sign the satisfaction rate in front of him, which made me difficult to give a bad review. It was nightmare and I would not recommend to anyone.
