DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I did not pay for the extra insurance and was asked if was I sure 10 times. Sure enough, when the truck reached my destination, everything was all over the floor inside the truck. Glass and wood furniture were broken, and nothing but excuses! Also, they intentionally didn't pack my glass well all because I didn't pay for the extra insurance. With their broken English and always on their cell phones on my time, they intentionally sabotaged all my property, probably swerving on the road intentionally to break my furniture! We will see what a judge says, I totally intend on pursuing a lawsuit once the dust settles from the move. Don't say you weren't warned.
